FRIDAY JAN 20TH

Dinner at the members only exclusive National Arts Club in Gramercy Park.

Event timeline:
  • 6:15pm arrival and check in at the National Arts Club, 15 Gramercy Park S, New York, NY 10003
  • 6:15-6:45pm View of the art on current exhibition
  • 6:45-8:00pm Seated dinner. Attendees present vision boards (6 images of what your 2022 goals are) Joya moderates and asks attendees a series of questions 
Bring your vision board with your 2022 goals to the Friday Jan 21st dinner. Don't overthink it. It's simply 6 images that represent what you want to accomplish this year.

Questions we will ask at dinner:
  • When you look back on 2021, what accomplishments are you celebrating?
  • What are you most proud of? Or What surprised you most about this success?
  • What don’t you want to repeat in 2022?
  • If everything you dare to dream were to work out for you in 2022, what will you be celebrating at this time next year?

I use a program called https://pixlr.com/ or Canva.com. I pick a template that has 6 blocks and upload the images to each block.

How are you getting in the way of that happening now? If you want it, why don’t you REALLY want it? (e.g. is your behavior saying otherwise)?

We each have an internal “deserve level”...

Saboteur activity: No matter how successful you are, every woman has an inner saboteur that prevents her from being, doing, or having all she wants. Learn the 5 types of self sabotage and how to be more, do more, and have more 

Which sabotage pattern will most likely thwart your progress if you let it?

Are you showing up fully in your relationships and experiences? Or are there two of you at the table–the one who is present and the other who is judging the present one?

Where are you feeling confident? Where does your confidence need some scaffolding?

AFTERNOON  

1:30-2:00pm "Future you" exercise. Journal exercise

  • What do you need more or less of?
  • Who or what do you need to eliminate from your experience?
  • What new skills need developing?
  • What old patterns need releasing?
  • What area of your life have you been ignoring that needs attention?

2:00-3:00PM Top 3 Goals For the Year. Worksheet exercise

  • What impact are you creating with your work in 2022?
  • What is your revenue goal?
  • What is your “path to the cash''? - what “products” are you selling at what price points?
  • If you are already a business owner, what do your ideal clients need now? What is the next step on the value ladder for you to continue to serve them?
  • HOW will you reach the number of ideal prospects you need to reach in order to meet that revenue goal?
  • What do you need to learn?
  • Who do you need to hire?
  • How do you need to show up differently as the CEO of this growing enterprise?

Joya Dass

Joya Dass was one of the first South Asian females to be seen on mainstream television in the US. She's been a business anchor for major networks for the last 15 years, delivering live reports from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for Bloomberg, CNN, ABC, CBS, and NY1 News.

Daily, she interviewed CEO’s of Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. Today she has taken that dynamic from behind the TV camera and brought it to a live audience. She helms a women’s leadership development platform called LadyDrinks, supporting South Asian women executives and creating teaching moments via live interviews with business leaders. LadyDrinks is based in New York City and today numbers 1800 members strong.

Joya is a frequent speaker on topics such as assertiveness, branding and best networking practices.
